Michael Burns [ michael AT mirwin.net ] is a web designer and computer geek working in the greater Portland, Oregon area. He has worked in networking and system administration for a number of years while attending college. Recently, he has co-founded a consulting company (Mirwin) and is providing custom web design and I.T. support to locally owned small businesses.
